The Sainsbury’s School Games Mark is a Government led scheme to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community. Schools in England are assessed across bronze, silver and gold levels of the quality mark. We have achieved Silver award, a great achievement!
At St John’s we feel our Silver Award is the result of the high level of commitment and progress from our pupils and all the teaching staff.
“As PE Co-ordinator, I am really pleased with achieving Silver. This award highlights the wide range of sports that our children participate in, as well as the many talented pupils who compete at a high level. I would like to thank all the children who attend sport clubs and try their best at competitions.”
Mr Dewick (PE Co-ordinator)
